Chick Peas Dip with Tahina Sauce

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas with water, garlic, lemon juice and tahina, mix well to get a chunky pasteEmpty the paste into a Bowl, scrape down the side of the Bowl. Add the 2 tablespoon Cortas Extra Virgin olive oil and parsley to garnish.


Ingredients
1 (400gr) can Cortas Chickpeas
½ cup water
1 small Garlic clove (crushed)
1 tablespoon Cortas lemon juice
¼ cup Cortas Tahina Sauce
¼ tablespoon salt
2 tablespoon Cortas Extra Virgin olive oil
