    Spooky on the outside, yet the sweetest on the inside! A full Vegan Strawberry Jam pie recipe to try and share with your friends at Halloween!



    • 4 cups all-purpose flour (500 grams)
    • 0.5 cup sunflower oil (100 grams)
    • 0.5 cup cold water (125 grams)
    • 2 tsp vanilla extract (10 grams)
    • 1 pinch salt
    • 1.25 cups sugar (250 grams)
    • 0.25 cup refined coconut oil (40 grams)
    • 0.5 orange zest
    • 3 tsp baking powder (12 grams)
    • 1.5 cups strawberry jam (500 grams)



    Pie dish with removable base (10 inch, 24 cm)

    •Mix orange zest, vanilla extract, sunflower oil, coconut oil, water, salt, sugar.

    •Add the flour and the baking powder all at once and mix with a spoon.

    •When the dough comes together, work it with your hands to form a ball.

    •Wrap it in foil and refrigerate for an hour.

    •Grease & flour the pie dish.

    •Work quickly and flatten your dough to around 4mm then swiftly move it to the pie dish so that it fits tightly and covers it entirely.

    •Pinch the bottom with a fork and spread Cortas’ authentic strawberry jam evenly around; You can use the Light strawberry jam too!

    •Roll the rest of the dough in a circular shape then transfer it to cover the pie filling.

    •You can now carve the spooky face!

    •Seal the pie by pressing the edges with your fingers.

    •Done! Preheat your oven to 360 ̊F (180 ̊C) while the pie rests for 15 mns in the freezer.

    •Bake for about 30 min. The pie is ready when slightly golden on top
